she was one to watch out for
she liked to tease me
she always had something in store
one night when we were bored
she took out her ouiji
I'd never seen one before
I was nervous at first
but she took my hands
as she called out the words
the lights dimmed low
and her green eyes aglow
she said
is there anyone there
if there is then please point to yeah
we only want to make contact
just cos you're dead don't be scared
my blood ran cold
when the things started moving
and started to spell out a name
I said you can stop girl
if this is your doing
I've had enough of this game
she replied it's not me
just hold on a moment and see
look it starts with a D and next is an E
I said
it's my uncle Derek
I knew he would never forget it
I borrowed his drill last year
then he died and so I just kept it
he's come for revenge
say my goodbyes cos this is the end
she said I was winding you up
I thought it was fun to pretend
but then it was there
the sound I would know anywhere
it was Derek's old Black & Decker
making its way up the stairs
